Very poor service!!! My mom bought a dinning table on lay-bye and after paying it off, she was told there is no stock for the material she chose and she chose another one colour they had stock of And she was promised delivery on Friday 27 Nov but still nothing happened.Now we requesting for a refund and we told 30 days which is not acceptable at all. Ombudsman need to be involved here as they are not aware of the customers rights.They don’t take customer service serious!!!Pathetic service!!!

Poor service, I bought a coffee table at Maponya Mall. I had to call them a couple of times before I could come and collect it. As if that was not bad enough, there wasn't anyone to help me carry the table to the car.Bad SERVICE!!!

I payed a deposit with an intention to purchase one of your furniture last year. I cancelled the lay by and you promise to refund me within 30 days, it's over 30 days and you still haven't payed. I want my money and will never ever consider purchasing from your store again. You make fool of your customers. I was warned but I gave you the benefit of a doubt but you did exactly what I was told. You don't want to refund customers who cancel

I bought my couch on the 17 November 2019 , and I still don't have it to this day , its the 10 December I had a family gathering this past weekend and people had to sit on the carpet as my couch is not delivered , wow they don't pick up calls

Hi everyone. I once wrote a review about SmartFurnitures bad service and quality. When they saw the review they attended to me very quickly and there were friendlier than before. They replaced my the product and when they delivered I was not home. I was not really happy with the product but I did not want to go through the same strain waiting. What made me unhappy their material on the pillows are like cut and paste. The stitches badly done. Now the sponges are worn off and getting flat. I spent 7000 on sale which they were meant to cost 10000. I believe if you buy sofas for such amount they should be able to last for years. Mine are not even a year old. So I don't want to change them again because it is clear that SmartFurnitures has bad Chinese quality. So please save your money and strength for better reliable quality products. But if you don't mind bad quality buy the your furniture there. It looks good and strong at store but delivery is really bad. It's your choice. I feel we have to complain about bad quality in order for to get quality in this country. If we don't complain, they will think we deserve bad quality for a higher price. #Qualitymatters
