Ravine was very professional and kept to the date that we agreed on for him to come out to inspect and advise. He managed to resolve the issue whilst he was here (he did have parts on hand) and I am very grateful for the assistance.

Ravine fitted 5 new interior doors in a single day. This was not an easy job as the doors needed to be cut and rebuilt to fit. I never thought that such volume and quality was possible. He constantly monitors quality control and ensures that his staff clean up thoroughly when the job is done. His rates are also very competitive. We were very satisfied with his service.

Confirmed an appointment for a quotation to do ceilings, tiling and built-in cupboards. Day before the appointment he WhatsApp's and says there is a call out fee of R350. I was not happy about that as he should have been upfront about it but I'm desperate to get this job done so I agreed. 10mins before the meeting he sends a voice note that he is running late by 30mins due to loadshedding. Weak excuse, he does not value his clients time.
