I had a bad experience with the admin and signing up. I arranged with the office on site for a short storage lease, and Pieter at the office accepted the 30 day notice when I asked him. When I gave my notice (10 days later) Amo said they accept calendar month notice. No further correspondence was received, no contract was received.The unit is acceptable, premises are clean, security is active and friendly.
