I came yesterday at 12h and waited. Till16h30 not helped and said to come back the following morning I came at 6hrs this morning now I'm not yet helped pls the service is very poor and exhausting

They could not register me? After they said they have? Be prepared to stay for about 4hours. Then get a form. Come back and wait another 5. Whole day event. Take snacks.

I really do wish they may handle all taxpayers like bankers do,.. not cutting ques just because it is knock off time after all this is an institution all citizens should be proud of; and at some ancient time ago was ranked among the best in the world. This entity should be a pioneer, not talentless politicians piggy bank.

The service is poor. They need to hire more people. Arrived at 09h00 and only managed to get into the building at 15h10. All this time was waiting in the Street.
