Highly recommend Chris who seamlessly installed out new dishwasher. We put it off for years thinking it was all too hard to add a dishwasher to our old kitchen. But he sorted it out quickly and efficiently and it looks great.

Very dissappointed that after my doors were replaced after being damaged upon delivery by the Good Guys that the old doors and packaging were left for me to dispose of. Which I cannot do without requesting a council pick up. Poor service . Will forward complaint to the Good Guys and LG.

Great initial communication received, upon arrival advised that a part was broken as the technician attempted to remove it. We were advised that he would try to source the part but was advised that it is discontinued. I made one phone call to an appliance shop and they have ordered this part for me. Is this what is wrong to repair our original issue??? Not quite sure yet. Did we get value for money, not really.

Chris came to our rescue after our oven stopped working. He was quick to find the problem and repair it on the spot. He was friendly, helpful, clean and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair!!!

He arrived on time, (they also send you messages when they are on the way) and fix my dryer and oven perfectly . He wasn’t afraid of taking the dryer out of the wall and try different things to fix the problem .(I got an other company to come before and they left with out fixing anything )

It was a pleasure dealing with Chris. He was prompt to respond and provide a quote, which was very reasonable. He also had the spare part available. Chris also provided a date and approximate time of arrival. A day before he confirmed the appointment and arrived on time the next day. The job was finished professionally within a short period of time and the appliance is working well again. Would recommend Chris to anyone needing an appliance repaired.
