It was first time visiting. The modern technology make collecting parcels so quick and hassle free. I was in and out of there in probably just five minutes. The hours at which they are open are also really convenient especially for students or working class individuals who only have time to pick up parcels after 5pm.

So the door isn't open anymore you ring the bell for countless times until someone decides they want to open it and work. I stood outside wondering what was going on for a while. Pressed the intercom for about 10 minutes before someone came to assist.

Load shedding is not new to us. As a business, they were not prepared to handle customers coming in at load shedding . I left work early to beat peak hour traffic, only to be delayed there for almost an hour due to this branch not being in readiness.
