Very helpful and friendly staff. Pricing is good. They fixed my rear drums after another shop did not machine them properly.

The service I received was good par excellence.l got all I needed in one place,there is secure parking.

I went there once just to skim brake disc for my car. And their work satisfied me coz I was a happy customer at the end. The problem there is the parking they can't accommodate many cars Like 6 or more at time but apart from that they great.

Unfortunately for me I had the worst experience with Auto Brake New Germany, I took my clutch there to be cleaned and filled they told me to fetch it the next day, when we went there the next day they didn't know what happened to it and they gave me the wrong one which they claimed it was the right one, I had to drive there 4 times coming from KwaNyuswa near Botha's Hill which is very far so I requested my money for petrol because they were at fault of which they gave me R50 for Petrol I told them that money was not enough for all the trips we were making so they promised to buy a new clutch of which they did I had to drive there again to fetch it and he refunded my petrol money with R300 this time so I took the clutch went back home again called the mechanic and he came tried to install the new clutch only to find it wasn't the right fit again, so I sent it back to them again and guess what they refused to take it back and told me they had found my clutch and I had to pay for it after giving me the wrong one again so yes I am going to pay for it again and use my own petrol money again and drive there for the 6th time because they are refusing to take bake the wrong thing which they bought and this was their fault from the beginning for being careless so yes this place I would not recommend it to anyone after the poor service and the disrespect that I received from that Mo and his team .
