I've had a disastrous experience from these tailors. They had to replace the collar on my tails jacket. It is the most unprofessional job I've ever seen. After promising it would be ready yesterday, I got there this morning it was not started on. They rushed this job off and really made a mess if it, and at R380 where I supplied the fabric. The button holes are so bad, I think a grade 6 beginner could do better, after I'd asked not to do a buttonhole. In all, they're not tailors more like seamstresses, at tailoring prices.

There is definitely a culture difference but that doesn’t mean they are unfriendly at all. The man helping us was friendly and polite. He told me about his family etc. Very good quality of work - will definitely be going back again!

Blunt and unfriendly. Makes up different prices for different customers. Cash only so they avoid tax.Rather take your money elsewhere.

I had to have 2 pairs of jeans made larger round the girth. The 1st pair were very well done, the second pair was not so well done. I know there were 2 different guys working on them so I don't know which pair was done by whom. But really no complaints.

Quality of work is reasonable but their pricing is not. Charged R75 to put two darts in a child’s school pants that cost R100. Can probably find a better alternative.

Handed in women's pants to have zipper replaced. Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Blunt and unfriendly. Will not visit this branch again.
