Which ever gentleman answers the phone is the rudest individual I've ever dealt with. I even had to put down the phone. Just lost a potential customer because of one employee's lack of telephone etiquette. He was absolutely shocking. I would give the company one star if I could just based off of a 30 second telephone conversation.
