Ordered a bag today on their online store that was in stock. Now i get an email from a representative saying that the bag is being kept for another customer and therefore is out of stock. Seriously???I just do not understand why advertise that you have one in stock, when you don't. Now i have to wait until Friday for my refund.

I walked into the luggage store today and waked around for around 2 minutes.A lady attended to me quickly and asked me to be of assistance.My question to her was I am looking for medium size suitcase (25kg ) The cheapest available please . She showed me a bag R2300.00So i walked out. Is R2300 the cheapest bag available.....
