The Magic Company @ Emperors Palace Casino

Not the best Magic Company, unfortunately a lot of the machines / games are not functioning correctly and most of the ticket machines don't actually give any tickets. The staff also have a poor attitude and arent really willing to try to get the machines working for the kids.It's ok for a quick visit but don't try to keep the kids entertained here for long.

Terrible experience, machines faulty stealing coins left right and center. Limited variety and poor customer service from the toy counter. Long waits.Won't be coming again

Quite a few of the machines aren’t working, but no “out of order signs” displayed on them, which means lots of disappointed little ones after losing their tokens. No visible staff on the floor to assist either. Horrible attitude from the toy counter, the ladies are just rude and unprofessional. I hope something gets done about this so that little ones can have a better experience of the place.
