Very disappointed in the service of haasendal store and customer service / been weeks and no call from customer service and un experience staff at the haasendal store.Been loyal client over the years I do not appreciate this service and that you are trying to steal from me!

Love that its a small store so less peopleBut there's only like one person helping so when it does get busy the line takes forever

What a badly run store. Shame.Got to the door at 8:55 and waited until 9am with a bunch of other people. Peeped in at 9:05 and the one staff member was doing the managers hair! She made us wait until 9:15 to open the doors and then said sorry for the delay they are short staffed!Also, what system has to allow them to close doors 30 mins before loadshedding is scheduled? Whoever owns that store is running at a huge loss.

This is just your typical Mr Price store.It seems to be untidy all the time, unlike other stores but as it is close by to where I live, it is still convenient for me to shop here.

Theres actual stats that show that they are busiest around 2 to 4 but for some reason they only have 1 cashier during this time ... Theres a ton of floor staff just going about their own thing , walking up to behind the till points standing there then walking away , all i went in for was an exchange and somehow that took 20 mins ... There were a grand total of like 5 customers in the line and somehow it still took that long to be served .. Very dissapointed by the service , I'll rather continue to support the other branches ... I actually changed my rating mid line stand after being in it for 15 mins they had a solid 2 but that was being too generous

I ask astaff to help me with my sizes they just do there is no smile on their fades they are like deafstunepeople my hands was so full of clothes it causes one of the guys too ask them too help me ¹and too bring me a basket they are very unfriendly I will never MgO too that shop again
