Why the hell do stores hang garments near to the ceiling? How am I supposed to see sizes that far up? I left without 2 things that I really came for.Wouldn't they make more sales if those garments were lower down?2 of the 3 staff I encountered were nice. The 3rd 1 wasn't to my liking, I think she lied about the sizes cos she didn't feel like looking for a ladder to check the sizes of the ceiling items.

The opening time clearly says 9am yet they never open earlier than 09h20. The ladies working here have no desire to assist in anyway, you will receive a massive sigh or a I don't know ask the manager" as an answer to where an item of clothing is located. My son won't enter the store because the ladies made unnecessary comments about the clothes he had tried on."

I mainly went there to use their courier service, which I have not used before. I am most impressed by how efficient they are and how inexpensive it is to courier a parcel. They will definitely be the company I use in future to send parcels. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

I visited Pep Plumstead last Sunday and there were no PAXI bags to process a return. I've been trying to reach them by phone to establish if they now have bags and the number keeps going to voicemail. This is not great customer service.I just went back there, it's Tuesday and you still don't have Shein Paxi bags. And no thank you I don't want to discuss it further, I would like you to get the bags asap.
