Spoke to the receptionist to ask about the postnatal for a 6 months old baby wow she was so irate and shouting and hangup before timeI think it would help to teach your stuff customer service and how to treat clients cause wow we being treated like dogs while be bringing business

Unjani is known as good clinic nationwide,But what i experienced with this one,Im still shocked and disappointed,We believe in respecting and being kind to nurses so they can be kind with you aswell,But those ones are rude and their attitude stinks,What kind of private nurses treat people like that? Iv never felt so less of a human like today,They should change their staff or other people wouldn't be nice as we are with them,I wouldn't recommend that specific clinic in mzimhlophe to anyone
