This company deserves no star at all. Code 14 drivers.......know that if you can write their test and fail, it's a no more try. They were supposed to probate you at least for 3 or 6 months but don't. If you fail then it's over, you won't even get another chance to retry again.

Working at Oakley Group was the worst experience I've ever had professionally. They pay you as little as they can get away with and take from you everything they're able to, inconsiderate of your well-being. Working as a controller your hours will be 06:00 - 21:00 (minimum), Monday through Sunday - in three week cycles before getting three days off. After four months I was so exhausted that falling asleep while driving to work became a daily occurrence and a major challenge to overcome.There were many occasions where I brought my car back moments away from crashing. I was lucky enough to escape such a fate. My colleague and friend wasn't as lucky - he was killed in a collision on his way to work shortly after I left the company. In the interview they blatantly deceived me regarding the hours expected of their controllers and later I learned they also pay their employees unevenly - I was earning +-R6K less than the person next to me regardless of the fact that the workload was identical.I wouldn't wish employment by them upon my worst enemy.In the end I was unfairly dismissed, I didn't launch a unfair dismissal case against them - I was just so relieved to be able to break free from the nightmare that is Oakley.
