This morning I went in because I thought I had a lump on my left breast. The nurse asked me to undress so that she can examine me. I asked if she could close the blinds because people outside could see me, security guards as well as people walking down the street. She rudely refused. As if that wasn't enough, her male friend barged in while I was naked and being examined and they started chatting in front of me. This clinic does deliver medically, the staff is great and they help you with no hesitation from the entrance throughout to the reception BUT the nurses. Epic fail.

We had a great experience at the clinic today, when we took my niece for treatment.Besides the long queues and changes due to COVID19 protocols, the staff was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and mostly, communicative.The treatment was preceded by counseling and also, the nurse took time to explain the best use of the medication prescribed. It was my first time and my mom usually goes there for her diabetes and low blood pressure treatment.

Went there for 6 weeks check up with my baby,, I got there at 9,and according to them I was late, fine.. They checked my baby and gave her all the vaccine she was supposed to receive, I believe. When the nurse had to check if I was healing well from the delivery she told me, it was time for her tea break and I should just go because I came there late, after her break she'll be attending ppl who are there for family planning.
