Face to face their service isn't bad but over the phone its a nightmare...they put you on hold to enquire something then someone else will pick up the line and have no clue as to what you are talking about and even become rude because of the confusion. Also they clearly dont test second hand games they sell before buying them as 3 out of 4 that i bought was to damaged to work.... to summarize - they need urgent work on phone etiquette and needs to be properly managed.

The money they give you for your products you sell aren't usually what you would like, but when you purchase products from them their prices are very good and I never had a problem with anything that wasn't working. And the one time my friend bought something and wasn't happy, they had great service and gave him a new product. Very pleased with the service.
