Excellent service! I live in the Garden Route and was worried about the length of time it would take to send my laptop to CT. I was contacted as soon as my laptop was received, someone communicated with me along the way. And my laptop is heading home today. Less than a week's turnaround time. Impressive! What a wonderfully surprising experience from start to finish. Not used to good service in SA, and especially not from anyone connected to anything wifi, but these gents, Luke, Phillip and the technical manager, whose name I cannot remember my apologies (he sat up until very late to make sure I'm sorted), made my setup happen in a day with the best service ever! Really customer focused. Very impressed. Thank you!

I had a rude and incompetent employee who fitted my tempered glass screen incorrectly and when it came off and broke he stood and told me I’m wrong and will not get a replacement on my tempered glass screen, a manager who told me they would call and never did, only for me to lay a complaint and find out that their screen guards were actually all defective and I had to wait for a new badge to arrive.

Great service from the gents at Smerno Table Bay. Brought it in at 0900 for a battery replacement, by noon the MacBook was ready despite being told that it would only be ready the next day. They serviced and cleaned the rest of the laptop and it feels like I just bought a new laptop! Highly recommend for any Apple products, reasonably priced, a lot more reasonable than other stores. Thanks gents! Picture attached doesn't do it justice.

I would like to recommend Smerno, specifically Daniel, who is absolutely amazing to work with. We have purchased multiple machines from them at great prices, repaired phones, upgraded iMacs and has always been a pleasant experience. The team is very knowledgeable and always available to assist.There was one scenario where i took my iMac to be repaired, thought the power unit was blow, only for them to do an assessment and confirm the cable was faulty at no charge, which i could replace myself.

Excellent service all round. The team is amazing, they kept to timeliness and kept us informed throughout the process. They even checked in afterwards to confirm if we happy with the screen replacement for our MacBook and the new battery we purchased. Items were collected by them and delivered back to us with no issues. Thank you Daniel.

Worst experience ever! Not honest and upfront. Came to the shop on a Wednesday to find out how much it will cost to replace Ipad screen. Spoke to Daniel and explained that my son is still busy using Ipad for school so I can't book it in just yet. I told him I will bring it on Friday after school and that he can go ahead to book a screen solong. Friday afternoon round 2pm I brought in Ipad and again spoke to Daniel who then asked the lady working in the shop to assist me to book it in. She booked it in and said she will phone me the Saturday to let me know when I can collect. Whole day Saturday I waited but no call. A hour before closing time I decided to take a drive to the store. When I walked in the lady that booked in the Ipad immediately asked me if I'm collecting the Ipad of Chantall. I said yes I'm collecting a Ipad but not of Chantall. I gave my name and to my surprise they haven't even started with my sons Ipad (6pm the evening). They where busy with Chantall's Ipad and never bothered with my sons! My son needed his Ipad because he had a project that needed to be completed for Monday.How must he complete his project now even thow I came in on Wednesday an made arrangements and all I got was stories and excuses!Never again Smerno!!!!!!!
