Worst Service I have recieved. They dont answer their Whatsapp messages. Links dont work on the website to call them and they never get back to you. Watch out for them

The staff were very helpful, patient and kind. Would recommend going in person rather than phoning for them to replace the refurbished item. They test it and look for exactly what you're describing about what's wrong with the item. Would love to get more items from them. They really do their best to help customers and make sure they're satisfied.
