I have a macbook air that was not switching on. I called and spoke to Bongi. He knew exactly what was wrong and told me to bring it in. This was on a Sunday. I went through and he left what he was doing to assess my macbook. Within minutes he confirmed the fault he had suspected. He gave me the option of fixing while I wait. I did so and within the hour it was sorted. He even said he will give me 3 months warranty. So far I am very impressed. Will definitely give him a 5 star rating.

I had a problem with one of my laptops which I use for business. (I even added a second laptop just to give support the whomever does the repair. That laptop would then be used by my son.) Stressed out, after a guy had kept it for a month and returned it saying he can't repair it. Several people suggested I should rather replace it. Sent it to JBV Computers... they fixed BOTH laptops in 2 days!! I'm really impressed by the workmanship.

I had issues with my wifi card and logic board issues which the JBV team fixed on my Macbook Pro. The level of expertise JBV has is one of the best in the country. You can only understand the level of complexity, skills and tools that these guys provide through their work only if you know a fair amount about computers. They are one of the very few companies that do component level board repairs which save customers a lot of money and on top of that, their prices are very reasonable and fair. Glad I found these guys! Amazing work!

They have excellent skills and provide outstanding service. My laptop was repaired last week, and it is in fine working order. Despite the fact that the service is excellent, the staff keeps you informed of the status of your device and is quite friendly. I am a happy customer.
