I was very pleased with the service from DEFENDoor. Hugo was very knowledgeable and patient with explanations. The guys sent to install were very polite, professional and friendly. They worked cleanly even with drilling and a slight struggle to remove the old gates. They also made me award of intrinsic issues that they had to work around. Lastly, Hugo was quite understanding of payment terms and this made it more comfortable to afford the unexpected expense.The gates are good build and look sleek too.Thank you DEFENDoor, highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience interacting with Defendoor right from the point of quotation and measurements (Hugo) to installation (Freddy and Shaka). Hugo was in and out of my house within minutes. I did not feel hassled or harassed in any way. The same was with Freddy and Shaka - very professional guys. They introduced themselves like true gentleman. They carried all their own equipment and cleaning material and carried out the installation with efficiency and expertise. Thank you Defendoor. We were impressed by the professional way in which the products were installed. The installers were friendly, efficient and left our house clean after the installation. The product itself, namely two retractable security gates, is strong and clearly made from high quality material. Since our gates were installed, we have felt safer.

We've had such a lovely experience with Defendoor from the very beginning. We were looking to install security gates in our lounge and kitchen and after meeting a few providers, we made the decision to go with Defendoor, because of their honesty, transparency and quality.Their service was really good, especially from Hugo and his team who fitted the gates.2 years later, I needed assistance to replace a lock (because I used the wrong key and it got stuck, not a gate issue). I just called Hugo who assisted, and the guys come out the very same day.Feel like we made the right choice with this provider!
