This week Dumisani replaced several locks for us on-site, he is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and finished the job quickly and efficiently at an extremely competitive rate. Was locked out of my safe, he got the job done. Would have given 5 stars if he got it open without damaging the lock (if possible).

Not happy. They came out to replace my chev key. Arrived at 9. At 10 the guy said he's almost done and I can make the payment. So I did. 5 minutes later he tells me that my computer box isn't communicating with his coding machine. And he has to take it to his shop. So he left. Came back and it still didn't work. Then said that he had to go back to his shop with my computer box again. So he left. I kept telling him all afternoon that I need to leave at 3. He told me he would be at my house by 2pm. He arrived at 3:15. Installed everything. And I drove off. Dashboard lights came on and now my car won't start. I'm not happy at all!
