My 10year Explora is faulty, multichoice advice me to go an exchange it at the nearest dstv agent as it is insured,they refused at this store because warranty sticker underneath has shifted. I tried to explain the difference between warranty and insurance to deaf ears instead they told me to call the insurance which only operates weekdays and it was a Saturday, so had to wait for Monday to call the insurance

Very very poor customer service, we got here at 10:29, and only helped now at 14:27 during the 4hours that we patiently waited on the qeuee I was extremely pressed and asked nicely for the ladies and they refused to even let me use the staff toilet..And I am 8weeks pregnant, I had to take a taxi and travel to town just so I can pee then come back because I had to hold for over 2hours before I made an alternative as they told me to make a planThey had no remorse or what so ever. I pray that I won't have any complications with my kidneys or pregnancy because if I do I shall lay another complaint followed by medical billsI am really not happy with what happened today

20 customers waiting to be served at 2 booths working out of 7, felt like I was at a government dept, after 20 minutes and only 1 person was helped I left, totally unacceptable for a Multochoice agent.
