Coirtex as a whole is a fine business. Bought one of their products, and from the first correspondence the line of communication was professional. Unfortunately the product had a flaw and a full refund was requested, which they honored. Thank you Coirtex.

Zaahid was incredibly efficient and helpful in working out our carpet order. He arranged for same week delivery and installation (there was a cancellation and they slotted us in - what excellent small business management and service).The foreman on-site was professional and communicated throughout the day, constantly checking if we were happy and if we had any comments or questions on the finish.

Completely satisfied; from advice, through delivery to service. Always reachable and when my puppy chewed on the brandnew hemp, they come immediately to fix it. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Coirtex; their knowledge and service. Well done.

Had a jute rug fixed that was viciously attacked by my dog. Price to have it fixed was super reasonable. Staff friendly and informative. Go visit to see their surprising range.

I ordered a seagrass herringbone carpet from a very friendly and helpful lady .The carpet was correctly made up to spec and was better than the pictures .I love it.They went out of their way to deliver the carpet quickly.I would definitely buy a carpet from them again

It was a joy to have Zaahid and his team install Coir carpets in my home. My lounge, study and office have been transformed into wonderful spaces which bring me great joy.
