Love the exercises. Trainers are super friendly and exercises are very effective. This you have to try for yourself to see how amazing this is. You will love it.

The training is one on one with trainers who are always very enthusiastic. The weekly In-body assessment is a big plus to keep track of what's going on with your body and your progress. A qualified dietician also provides you with a meal plan specifically designed and suited to help reach your goals.

Trainers are friendly, accommodating and encouraging. Really good at keeping you motivated and feel like you constantly being challenged.

I love the fact that I can book a timeslot and have equipment and a trainer available when I arrive. The fact that it takes only 20min is amazing as time saving is essential. With having chronic condition the low impact training is essential and I can actually fee that I have exercised after a session without any injuries. Most of all the friendly and helpful trainers makes each session fabulous as you walk out after each session feeling energized and amazing about yourself.
