Great atmosphere but waited over an hour for my food...people that arrived before me got served first.After an hour 30 minutes, I decided to leave without my food.Seems they're focused more on the atmosphere than serving their customers, would not recommend this place to anyone. Had an overall horrible experience.Just a side note as well, they'll tell you they don't have certain types of food when you try to order, not sure why it's on the menu if it's not available.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!WE CAN'T GIVE ZERO STARS, OMG???I hope this review makes it to one of the top reviews cause iam about to tell it like it is. The service? The worst I've ever received in a restaurant. We didn't have a designated waiter that was for our table first things first, we had to keep standing up to go ask for help cause the waiters will give you zero attention even if you ask for it. Had we not asked for help we would have sat there the whole time with no service.It was a Saturday and they gave priority to people who were there for events (parties, baby showers etc) cause all ...I mean ALL of the waiters kept pacing up and down those stairs which is where such events are held (it's like a roof top). If you are gonna be ordering food? Forget about it. We would have waited for two hours had we not stood up and left that place. The only thing they prioritise is drinks, that too they prioritise it for large groups. Like I said we left cause it was the worst service we've ever experienced.However if you are there for vibes, alcohol and music, you might just have a great time.

A friend of mine booked a table for 8 people for a birthday celebration on their Instagram page, when we arrived we were told that we should've called instead, mind you their phone line was not going through hence we opted to DM them.They then told us to sit on one of the 4 seater tables and wait for other people to leave so we can join tables to accommodate all 8 of us. Luckily some of our friends were running late so no one had to stand. We then decided to order our food upon arrival, after an hour, the other friends arrived and also placed their order, is it not their food arriving before ours!?!?At this point we had to demand the manager! Who decided to give us starters as a complimentary dish". All in all

My experience here wasn't all that pleasant. I ordered pizza after I was told they don't have some items on the menu. Then specifically asked that they don't add pineapple to my pizza. However, it was served with pineapple regardless. The waitress took it back & when it came back I was told the pineapple was replaced with yellow pepper only to find out that it still had pineapple. What if I was allergic?We went on a Friday. It was supposed to close at 2am. However at 11pm they were already closing, packing up & putting furniture around us while we were still eating.So many things happened in one night that put me off the whole place. Disappointed.

Worst service by far. Booked a table for Xmas lunch with fam got there table not ready, waitress was clueless, flies everywhere. The xmas menu was short(whar was on the Xmas menu wasn't full available) starters came on time but waited for ever for main. Ordered penne pasta and lamb got cold spaghetti and mostly fat. Had to return it. Fam ordered queen prawns meal thet got shrimp and gor prawns later after complaining. To get a simple drink too an hour. Passion fruit and lemonade tasted like wild island. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone staff were clueless had to continously ask for the manager.

The service was horrible, they were short staffed on a busy month end weekend, half of the things on the menu weren’t available, practically forced to get something you don’t want. The waiters took time to serve you, my pizza had wires and I had to send it back, the waiter didn’t even apologise. We were so disappointed. They need to do better.
