Legends Barbershop East Rand Mall

The cut was nice. Well doneBut the service I got was so bad.communication sucked. I arrived there it was not even full . I waited for more than 2 hours with out them communicating to tell me I must wait they will attend me after 5 hours or what. That’s very important when you work with people. I’m sure even when they were training communicating with clients is as vital as everything else. It was my 1st time there. They should have told me that people who are coming in finding me sitting there and going straight to the chairs are those who booked names or whatever. This was so annoying to sit there and people getting attended in front of you while you were sitting there for hours. Guys this is a big Brand and we paying to be cutting our hair with you .it’s not R20 . We chose you because we trust and love the brand. They did apologise. But it really SUCKED

I arrived here at 9:00 exactly when they opened and I have been waiting here on the couch where the lady said I should wait. It’s been over 40 minutes now without anyone to assist me despite me being the only client in the store and there being 3 barbers and the receptionist just chatting and eating noodles without attending to me or communicating anything.This is by far the worst Legends Barber - I also don’t know why the manger is never here. The service is always bad. Wish there was another one in my area.

Stinking service ever! Trading hours on Google and on the entrance says it closes at 18:00pm on a Saturday. I was there at 17:20 and dark skinned boy stood by the door and told us that they are closed. The same didn’t want to help us the first time we were there. Today again he’s turning us away from the door. That’s a very disgusting service. And as I’m typing this it’s not even 18:00pm yet.

Terrible service I wanted to give them a zero but the best is one star we waiting to be called and they choosing at random theses Nigga’s only foucas on vip and we got there from 4 to 8 and left without getting a cut

The worst legends branch ever been toNo communication at all. Waited for 2 hrs full. When next in line they don’t want to cut us because they are closing. Why not let people know that you can’t help them any longer because you want to close shop instead of making clients wait for two hours listening to vey loud music for that matter.This is not the first time at this particular branch. I hope the owner does something about this because this will be the demise of his business if things continue in good manner

I used to be a fan and client who fully supported this business from when it started. Unfortunately it's now rundown. The staff are no longer professional and they are quite rude to clients. Trading hours have become a suggestion and not a principle - they turned me at the door because they want to go home" - they've even scratched out the trading hours from the door.You can't run a business this way especially during these tough economic times. They've certainly lost a faithful client. Disappointing..."

My son was given a great haircut and the staff is friendly, however the receptionist is rude and has an attitude, seemed like she didnt want my sons hair to be cut when he has been there to cut his hair before.

Eastgates mall: Poor customer management, no queue. Very long waiting time although there are unbusy barbers from time to time. Overall poor professionalism. Just next door at sorbet man , it s a completely different experience.
