Constantia Greenbelt parkrun
Great and challenging Parkrun. Route is loopy and mostly on gravel. Surprising uphill challenging sections, steps and a downhill to the finish. Will definitely go back to improve my time and test myself against all the elements.

Amazing park run. Mostly in the shade - with lots of people attending. The beginning can be a little cramped - so if you are going for a best time, get there early. If you're just walking - many people bring their dogs too. Watch out for a couple of tree stumps in the pathways - many a runner has tripped. Other than that - great place for a good run, and well managed by volunteers

Warm atmosphere and very friendly crowed. The trail is scenic and brings one closer to nature. Definately returning! A special thank you to organizing committee for a brilliant job :)

What a stunning parkrun along the greenbelt, forest, stream and very professionally run by the volunteers..the intro to newbees was for sure the best of all the 28 SA parkruns I have attended..well done to all involved and great to finally have this parkrun reopened.

Constantia Greenbelt parkrun
From Joburg, visiting family nearby this was an obvious choice. Early enough so parking wasn’t a problem. We had 711 participants on the day but it didn’t feel crowded. An interesting course with stunning views of the mountain at the start then through the forrest, a small section doubling up and crossing some bridges but do watch the tree roots. I got caught and took a tumble. Thanks to volunteer Liza for having a first aid kit up and ready. We’ll be back.
