After reading their great google reviews, I took my battered 10-year-old games pc to these WizKids to see if they can fix it - as I only now use it for Netflix. What impressed me first was; that as I entered the store I was immediately acknowledged and referred to Colin. Well, I'm typing this review on my brand new old super pc - Colin took all the insides and put it in a funky new box with flashing lights and all - love it. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

I took my Lenovo laptop in today for a repair because it wouldn't switch on. I told them that I urgently need my laptop for work. 20min after I left it there they phoned me and told me I can come and fetch it. The best service from all the staff I have received. A huge thumbs up for this branch. I would highly recommended them.

Can't really build your PC. The wires are everywhere and the cooling pipes are touching the backplate of the graphics cards. Really poor service for 500r

I bought winx power bank after 2 weeks it stopped charging, I took it in for repairs in store, process took long,.The sales person then gave me the new Winx power bank on Friday 7April 2023,it was working well until this morning on 26 April 2023 when I was about to charge it and I saw the smoke coming out from the output point.I am happy with the service and the personnel working at Computer Mania -The Grove mall

Bought a new computer at this outlet, and was assisted by Ian, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was willing to go the extra mile (1.6km) to make this a pleasant experience. Even contacted me at home to help me install and activate some of the programs. A big THANK YOU, Ian.Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of Eric – who also works there. Unhelpful, rude, arrogant, and in dire need to be trained in customers’ relations. REALLY not an asset to the store. He is the reason why I decided NOT to give Computer Mania The Grove, a 5 star rating.

We were assisted by Ian whom we found to be very knowledgeable on computers, but also extremely helpful. I cannot remember when last in my life I found someone that went to the lengths he did to assist me, his efforts were astonishing to say the least. We had a very specific requirement and nothing seemed to be too much asked off him as he phoned branches, browsed the web and phoned us back numerous times. The amount of time he was willing to avail to us was truly remarkable. We say say thank you to Ian, he truly showed customer service beyond what we could possibly expect or ask for.
