I have known James and Jacob for about 20 years. They have always been helpful, obliging and hard- working. My printing is ready about 95% of the time. This is what I'd like for them to try and improve on. Often some of my printing gets left behind or doesn't get done timeously. Having said that I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are my go-to guys for sure.
