We urgently required 2 smartphones and, after a Web search, found the type of mid range phones we were looking for at a very competitive price at Sarang Telecoms Johannesburg . The next morning we contacted Leila and requested an urgent next day delivery to us in Cape Town which she very efficiently arranged even BEFORE payment was received by them. Was online searching for a very specific model phone, and managed to get a suggestion for Sarang Telecoms. Used the WhatsApp chat link and asked away with some questions. Needless to say, Leila ticked all the boxes, and even went the extra mile to promise to reserve my required phone for 2 weeks. Awesome service, and communication from the Sarang Telecoms. I recieved 5 star services from them.I got in contact with Leila the response was immediate,friendly and warm from the first hello,she eased my concerns about online shopping and updated me until my phone got delivered to my doorstep. It's safe to say that I will not be buying my devices anywhere else

I was really sceptical about this online shop because their prices seemed too good to be true. But after reading the reviews I decided to order the Samsung Galaxy S10e. Compared to other retailers, Sarang Telecoms was up to 50% cheaper, and they promised next day delivery.Not only was the online shop easy to use, but Leila was friendly, helpful, efficient and kind (my S10+ was stolen and she was very empathetic to my situation).And indeed, the next day my S10e arrived. Brand new, original, no fong kong, no network lock, just the high quality Samsung device I know and love.Will absolutely recommend Sarang Telecoms to anyone and everyone!
