Owner is very rude, probably just racist. Other staff are very friendly though. Don't bother calling he won't give you any info he'll tell you that you must come into the store to find out

I bought a pair of black moors and a pair of fantails from this shop. They are world class!They always have amazing goldfish, Bettas and cichlids in stock. Be sure to go back a few times though as stock does vary. They also have bunches of fish medicine, food and equipment. It is amazing to still have a pet shop with such an amazing freshwater fish variety on the Bluff.They also have a lot of other pets: birds, bunnies, rats and snakes. In an age where a pet shop" has largely become a soulless maze of giant dog food bags and toys

I found all the staff to be really helpful and friendly and the after service is very good too. I had to exchange a catty door that I purchased as it was the wrong size and true to their word when I took it back they sorted everything out quickly and without any hesitation at all. I just had to produce my purchase slip and show them that everything was still in the box and within a few minutes it was sorted. I would definitely recommend this Pet Shop.
