Bidvest McCarthy VW Annlin Wonderboom

Today we visited the dealer to buy a car, we have received a 5 star treatment from Kabelo and Rika, they were so great, I can't still believe that there are still vehicle dealership like Wonderboom VW, there have listened to our needs and treated us like they only client's....

I have a VW that is brand new a was just 4 month when taking it to a first service with these guys and after the car wouldn’t start in the morning or after a short drive.Vw assist from a different dealership found that the cause was a battery fault and he did a diagnostic to clear an engine light that appeared after he jump started the car and found that on the day i took it for a service they left the car ignition on for hours while it was not running. Which damaged the battery and now they are refusing to take responsibility. Stay away

Always a pleasure to go to this dealership. Safe parking and everyone is friendly and helpful when help is needed. The shop inside and outside is very clean. I love this place

unprofessional dealer, on 17 September 2022 I collected a golf 6 gti on the way home an engine warning light came on, I notified the sale's person he said I can drive until I get home, the shocks were worn, spare wheel was worn with wires out and it was flat, car was running with water instead of antifreeze. On the 19th someone came to collect the car and left a courtesy car, the car has been with dealer for 5 weeks and still no one can tell me what is wrong with the car. I must call them daily just for feedback and still I get none. It's clear that they are failing to fix the car as the OEM that's a disgrace. I'm no longer interested in the car and I will never recommend them to anyone.

My husband bought a new Amarok from Loricke, and we just want to compliment her on the service. Everything was perfect, from the minute we enquired until we received the vehicle. She arranged the test drive, gave thorough information on the product and sent the quote speedily. The finance application was effortless. We will be back to only make use of her as a sales person. Utterly disgraceful service at the dealership's parts division. Was looking for a part and informed it's not on their system. When I asked where can I get this part I was just ignored and another customer was assisted.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with!!!!I recently decided to sell the car I bought from them privately. An inspector came to look at the car and told me various panels were resprayed and redone on the car which I knew nothing about.When I bought the car I did ask if the car was in an accident and the salesman told me it wasn't.I logged a complaint with Volkswagen and went to go and see them. They admitted that the invoices for respraying the panels and fixing the rear and front bumper were withheld from meI told them I just want to be on the same financial feet before the car was sold to me.If I knew about the resprayed panels and the accidents I would never have bought the car.They take forever to respond to my emails and when they do it ends up just being a circle that ends up not helping me.
