Mmmmmm..........I found what I was looking for that the other hardware store didn't have. But I need to say that customer service can greatly improve. You really don't want an employee to greet you with 'Yes?' in a very annoyed way and then vaguely describe where you can find the item you are looking for. And in addition to this, there was no price on the item and neither a barcode. So I was promptly sent back by the cashier to go and find the barcode. Not my job!!!! I will rather go back to Build-it in future. I find it hard to even give a 3 star rating here....

Just be aware if you need goods delivered, DON'T hold your breath. After many promises of returning phone calls and the actually delivery taking place you would already have lost most of the working day!!

Fast and friendly! Not a big customer as I am just making , mainly frames for my photos by recycling old wood, but made no difference to the service I received.

Thought I’ll try again after multiple bad experiences. AGAIN they disappointed me and wasted days on building site with unreliable delivery times.
