If i could not give any star I wouldn't, unfortunately im forced to leave one so i can leave my review, i had the worse experience here, i requested a simple drive shaft wich they couldnt get but promised me they could, they kept getting the order wrong then finally I was left with no option but to take my old one out and give it to them as a sample, please note now in this time my car was unable to drive, for 2 weeks we were back and forth and i was loosing out on work and money trying to assist their incompetence we agreed if all else fails i would get a refund, finally after 2 weeks they said they couldn't source the part, i then needed my parts to put back in my car so i could drive it, its been one story after another they said they refunded me wich they never, now requesting their parts but the more im telling them i need the mechanic to desemble it so i can return theirs they dont understand so finally I found out no refund has been processed, they lost my clip and my cv boots of wich i need to put my part back, i am pursuing legal matters with them because of time wasted and money lost, and still no refund on the wrong item i payed for, this has by far been the worse experience, and here all i wanted to do was support a new local business. No sympathy or empathy for their faults and fake promises. Rather stick to well established car part places cause i dont think they know what they doing besides ripping people off
