Oorgenoeg in Langebaan

Very warm welcome from the owner. Hooggenoeg is a beautiful, private unit with everything in it to make your stay comfortable. We loved everything about our stay there. All the personal touches are so important to me and we felt it from the moment we got there to the moment we left. We will definitely be back. This place is a real treat!

Everything in this place comes from love - from the manner in which we were welcomed, the friendly animals and the details that made the cottage feel like home. I loved the scented candles that were burning outside as we enjoyed the hot tub! And Nadea's beautiful art that told stories. And what a special treat to be able to join a drumming circle and braai on the Saturday! As a family of two adults and two young children, we had the most restorative, bonding and nurturing weekend. We hope to return soon!

The peace, nature and rain dancing on the roof of the tree house was just food for theNadea is such a lovely hostess.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oorgenoeg.

I would definitely recommend your place to anyone who loves animals. Loved our animal visitors Bella, Daisy, Raggles and the cats. The hot tub was amazing and we had everything we needed. The farm life is the best. Thank you so much. Peace and quiet was needed.

Affordable with no lack in comfort, style or quality. Staying in Hooggenoeg we had the since pleasure of having Stallion Nirvana and Mare Angel as neighbors. Surrounded with tranquility, birdlife, small deer and tortoises. Just the soul quenching experience of being surrounded by nature. Our Hosts Warm, friendly and accommodating. Nadea was an excellent, accommodating and welcoming host. She made special effort to make our stay a happy and memorable one.The tree house was beautifully decorated and well equiped. The electric blanket was a welcome treat.The parking spot and path leading to the tree house built our exitement and rightly so.The porch (with a jacuzzi) is an amazing, sheltered space with a beautiful view, also through the transparant roof.The comfortable Victorian bath in the tree house provided the TLC we needed after a long drive.What a blissful experience to wake up to the sounds of nature. The dawn chorus of the birds and gaggling of the geese announced a promising day speckled with happiness, fun and laughter. The sheltered outdoor shower was a fun-filled way to start the day.To observe and interact with the horses just below the tree house, was a special gift.We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely winter getaway with friends. Their hot tub was superb for the cold evenings and the fully solar panel house was perfect for loadshedding, we never went dark.

We had the best stay at Oorgenoeg in Langebaan. Nadea has been an outstanding host, communication was great and the house exceeded all expectations. The place was very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated. It is located on a farm, very quiet and private but still just a few minutes away from the city center and beaches. The hot tub on the big patio is of course another great bonus. :)If you’re planning to visit Langebaan you won’t regret staying at Oorgenoeg. Amazing place for a holiday, this gem had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a farm setting, that was peaceful and tranquil. Another favourite was the wood heated hot tub!!!Thank you to Nadea and Adrian for an amazing stay and for being very accommodating.
