A fantastic experience, customer service was superb. Jackie was is an excellent salesman who knew exactly what I was looking for as I stepped into the store. The store is set up for easy trying of all the different bed and comfort levels. There is a good range of options. There is free parking in front of the building and the place is wheelchair friendly. All in all highly recommended if you looking for a bed.

Not Free, not fast. Their policy says that the client will be contacted with a date and time of delivery within 48 hours after payment. After two weeks after payment and not hearing anything from Dial a bed I called them only to be told that they do not have stock yet and that I will be contacted by the warehouse.Three days later I was contacted and told that delivery will be the day after.I received the bed that I ordered exactly three weeks after payment without explanation or apology.Technology makes it possible to fact check everything I have said here.

The sales agent was super patient with me and talked me through the various options. My delivery arrived on the day I specified, with a phone call prior to let me know they were on their way. Super comfortable bed as well, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Got to test drive a number of mattresses by Roger. He was super helpful and understands individual requirements. We've had our new mattress for two weeks now and are very happy with it ... and our new pillows. No more shoulder and back aches here! And we got a three month return and swop facility, but that doesn't look necessary with this mattress choice.

Bought the Soft Touch Bamboo Matress Protector and let me tell, you it’s very uncomfortable and such a waste of money.Very expensive and I am so unhappy.Bought from Dial-a-Bed when I purchased a bed. Dial-a-Bed (Tokai) your staff has sold a really bad product to me.It’s supposedly to be a queen size, but definitely too big and feels like a cover they use in the hospitals.One should think that this would be worth the money?
