My recent experience with this franchise :A few months ago I went for a service and told the service consultant my electric window goes down but not up, he said because it's irregular I need to call when it happens again. A few weeks later my husband made an appointment to take the car in for this issue, when he arrived they turned him away as apparently the appointment was not made. A few weeks after that we made another appointment for the window, went in the technician checked it out and said they will order the part. Three weeks have now passed and nothing, my husband called them today to which they responded that he needs to take a video of the window not going up - this AFTER THEIR technician had already checked out the faulty mechanism weeks ago! You people are dragging your feet around this and one has to wonder if you're waiting for the warranty to expire?! Shocking sloppy service. Would much rather go to Tokai!

I am being ripped off by this company. I had issues with my car which showed and hill start assist" error and I took the car to get fixed. They advised that the issue is the computer box so a new one has to be bought. The invoice cost me 31k and my insurance only covered 2k for a computer box. I made a plan to get the money and paid them. I got my car back and within 2 weeks

Received very good service from the Renault service department. They repaired my daughter's car same day that the Tokai dealer could not repair in over a period of months.

Great service with quality workmanship has made Motus Nissan Tygervalley our approved service centre for all ERASE Airconditioning and Ventilation vehicles.

You will be hard-pressed to find worse service than this dealership. I have been trying to get through to their parts dept. for 4 hours and NOBODY is available to answer their phones. I assume they must all be fast asleep.

Do not buy a car from them.I purchased a car and had it for 1 month when the engine light came on.They said they would sort it out and that I must not worry however almost 2 months later and they could not fix it. They are trying to put the blame on me even though their own report states the car was damaged due to the previous owner who serviced it. They now want to refund the car but for alot less than what I paid and now management will not resolve the issue but instead passed me onto their lawyer. This is the most disgusting service I have had and they treat youngsters like a joke. I cannot believe how poor the service is.I am still waiting for the contact information of their regional manager / someone with more authority.
