I am sorry to say but wasn't my best experience. After some research and checking online I thought I would support local. I was left feeling more like I perhaps shouldn't have. Nothing advertised was in stock.. suppose it is partially understandable... only had one unit left that I had to remove myself from display. No additional parts available unless you buy a kit" not even battery cables . Then

My order was cancelled without explanation. I have emailed the sales team and to date have not received a response. I tried calling numerous times to no avail. When I eventually got through the line was so bad I could hardly hear a thing. I am so disappointed as I have read quite good reviews and therefore went ahead to place an order.

My package was delayed due to items being out of stock with their supplier, which was beyond their control Bhavna went over and beyond to assist with a curtsy call to inform me of that and that they were waiting for another item to arrive and when it did they noticed it was cracked. I spoke to them and they gladly assisted me with another item. I'm all for customer service and am very happy with my items and Bhavna's help. Will definitely use them again. Sometimes you cannot predict what your suppliers stock levels are, if they have not informed you.

My inverter is acting up not even 3 months into use, they cant send a tech to check whats going on or arrange a local tech just to come look and report back to them.THE ONLY solution for them is i must pay a tech to remove the entire system from my house, package and send it to kzn, wait for a repair / inspection to happen with supplier, then send back and pay a technician to install.Why cant a technician just come out and do a report and give feedback before incurring so many expenses for an already expensive product.Product seems to be of average quality and after sales is not worth it when you consider the size of the investment.They can sell and ship it anywhere, but cant help you if you not walking distance to their shop it seems.Be wary if you are not located close to the shop as the after sales will be pointless.

Mr Alban Willers has sent numerous mails to Tech hut to resolve this issue, still not resolved by Tech hut, 4 weeks later, b=very bad business practiceFeb 27, 2023, 10:40 GMT+2On the 20 Feb 2023 I received my goods from Teck Hut it was delivered 14H20. My tracing no 9PS7TB. The goods were put in my garage ,when I unpacked them i saw that the one batt box must have been dropped on opening the box i found out that the positive terminal was broken of. I phoned Teck Hut and they told me that they would follow up ,on thursday they said that they logged a query with The courierguy. I would like a speedy response please Teck Hut has not replaced the battery

I ordered the 5Kw inverter Kit package, the purchase went smooth but after that there were some delays in delivery as TechHut did not have batteries in stock, few days later there was another delay as we were now waiting for the pre-wired DB, some improvement from TechHut that can be implemented is to advise the client of out of stock" situations when orders are placed on all your listed items before payment is accepted

Terrible after sales service! Received a faulty inverter and had to resolve issues myself with Mustek, the third party service provider. I'm still waiting for my refund from Techhut. My transaction was with Techhut when I purchased this FAULTY. inverter, NOT Mustek.Why should I, the customer wait for Mustek to release a credit note to Techhut before I receive my refund? Legal contract is between myself and Techhut.Will never do business again with this company! Stay away!Edit: The unit is faulty, 2 Mecer technicians could not resolve the issues hence the reason for Mustek agreeing to provide you with a credit note. The built-in Wi-Fi receiver has nothing to do with the battery.TechHut referred me to the Mecer technician in Durban (Charlie) who then referred me to another Mecer technician (Johan). I approached Mustek technicians on your recommendation. Please get your facts in order.Yes, I booked the inverter in at the nearest branch to save shipping cost to myself and Techhut. Instead of shipping to you in Umhlanga and for you to ship the inverter back to Midrand. I'm doing you a favour and considering your slow response, was this the best option for both parties.Mustek initially promised TechHut a credit note. They did not respond to me. Please refer to Bhavna's correspondence to me via WhatsApp for your reference and which was shared. The emails you are referring to is between Mustek and Techhut, I'm just CC'd. Again, please get your facts in order.Mustek confirmed Techhut will receive a credit note. Why should I, the customer, wait for TechHut to receive a credit note first before refunding? My transaction was with TechHut and not Mustek. I expect Techhut to resolve the issues with their customer first and not wait for third-party's.
