Legendary! After the fishing harbours, this is the next freshest stop. Where things get caught hook line and sinker on a daily basis. I love these small spaces churning out massive volumes at a premium. A gold mine in all respects. Really personalised experience and hands on approach to every aspect of service.

Whilst the selection is great, the employees could do with a course in customer service.The ladies behind the counter seemed to think that I was made of glass despite standing right in front of them patiently waiting to be helped with no other customers in the store.It also wouldn’t kill to put a smile on their faces, say hello and thank you.Despite being a regular, I doubt that I will return. The attitude is the same week in and week out.Good customer service trumps a good product any day of the week.

Shocking experience I had today at Fisherman's Deli Dunkeld. We are regular patrons at this branch and had went there earlier to buy our seafood. I don't come to expect great service at all from a seafood wholesaler as I usually just go and do my business and come back. But today I experienced the worst customer experience at this store from a combination of unprofessionalism and disrespect from the staff there. While I had my fish and prawns cleaned, I politely asked the staff their closing time as it's a public holiday today and was told they close at 3pm. So I paid and went next door to grab a quick lunch. At around 14:10 and having finished my meal, I went there and found the door is closed but still with staff inside. The elder gentleman, and I presume he's either the branch manager or a head figure inside, took a glance at me and waved me off without even opening the door to wither say if I'm here to collect or that they are closed. So I waited there dumbfoundedly looking in and trying to gesture to him that my seafood is ready with them. He continues to ignore me when he looked at me until another staff indicates to him that perhaps I'm there to collect. Obviously not happy, I yet chose not to make a fuss on a small matter. I indicated to him, as he tried to defend himself and explain why he didn't open, that his staff told me they were going to close at 3pm. Didn't get an apology but I just took my seafood and went home. As I got home I stood and saw with utter aghast that my whole vehicle foot rest at the back was soaking wet and liquid from the cleaned prawns have went out of the paper packaging into the plastic bag and then out from the plastic bag into the car. At this point I'm furious as not only did I have an upsetting encounter earlier, but now I have a potential disaster with a stinking car if I can't get the fishy smell out of the mat and the carpet of the car. I'm sorry but if you can't do a professional job then rather not do it at all. It's very unfortunate but I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere Fisherman's Deli Dunkeld.

Good place for the fresh fish, oysters, mussels, prawns, lobsters, shrimp, crab and what not. If you are a sea food lover, and wish to have some fresh sea food, this is a must visit place. The staff is friendly and will assist you if you have any questions and queries.

Regular customer, we travel a distance each time thinking that they have the freshest fish unfortunately I've been very dissatisfied lately. More costly than other fisheries. The fish are no longer fresh very smelly . Cashier very unfriendly too. Service and fish not like before.

I've bought sushi a few times, and it was always delicious, fresh and well-prepared. Their fish is of high quality and friendly staff to match.

Disgusting customer service. Operational Manage Marius is exceptionally rude and has no idea how to deal with customers. Pathetic service on the wholesale side.

Ok so I read a few of the posts prior to my visit to fisherman's.I had absolutely no problem with the staff.infact they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products they sell.very clean and well displayed goods.if not for any other reason ,visit them for the Sea bass.its something you just don't find in fisheries

Fresh products, very good service. On holidays go or order early before the fish fridge empties out. Friendly assistants.
