I was utterly amazed at this Company's response, attitude and professionalism.I reported the problem with my queen base to their customer service department after purchasing the mattress as well, in November 2020. Within a few days, I have been contacted by the branch's sales person, who originally dealt with my purchase, and a replacement base will be delivered, tomorrow 8 January! Well done!Br

Jonah did a great job in assisting us, the beds we ordered were not available when delivery was expected but the Jonah made things happen and organized even better beds to be delivered at no extra cost. He went the extra mile for us, great job Jonah!

Please note I do not have my bed. Your manager of the store was very rude to me on the phone now after I was promised I will receive my bed today. The bed is still not at my house. 21 later. Can this be escalated to an area manager?I will not be lied to over and over and then be accused of making up stories.

Got a bed from them. Their delivery van had at least 15 mattresses onto a 1 ton pick-up and tied with a rope. Great way to destroy mattresses in front of customers. Would recommend people to avoid them.In store service is ok. Nothing exceptional. Delivery is totally unacceptable out of line.
