I walked in to ask about the shade that would suit me because I'm changing brands. The lady called Amanda or Ayanda in the make up section was beyond helpful. She then explained to me in detail about skin care. She is knowledgeable and patient. Excellent customer service.

This store never has sizes small and extra small. So if you are a size 30 and below I would suggest another Foschini. The queue are always so long and the staff drags. You never get help around the store. Everyone staff member feels like they are too important to help you. The mood is offish. I don't like coming to this store.

Went to Foschini on the 28.12.22 excited about the sale after Christmas and I have seen posts from FB pages raving about sale. I was interested in the perfume got to the shop. I was there with my sister and cousin two teenage kids and two youngers. All in control we are all together and I can clearly see kids movement. To my surprise there's a lady who comes to perfume side calling for Sello. Sello is the gentleman who works at the perfume department and she says Sello what's up the chaos here what's going on and ask him are you okay/ coping. The gentleman calmly says everything is under control. So I ask Sello was this lady relating to myself and family when screaming about chaos. What chaos is that if I may ask? I was so angry once again I couldn't do or say much in the presence of my kids. Before leaving I voiced my disappointment to the kind of service I just witnessed. The gentleman apologized. I didn't even buy the perfume I was there for. The lady left pity I didn't see her name tag. But whoever who's going to do follow up on this please ask Sello at the perfume department.

Very poor in answering the phone.... I've been calling 8 times for an assistant on any item, but no one answer the phone. Very disappointed.

The store is lovely - it's enormous, the layout is great and it has beautiful clothes. The reason i gave 2 stars however, is the service. I bought a pair of shorts last week sometime and was double charged on them because they were discounted and i was supposed to pay the lower price. The cashier had me swipe twice and informed me that the higher charge would be reversed. My mistake was not asking them when it would be reversed and why, thereafter, i had to swipe again. I only realised when i got home that non of the charges were reversed as the cashier had said. The next day, i went to rectify this with the manager and although i had produced all evidence to prove it, even going to the length of getting a printout of the bank statement (the emails were not being received on her end), nothing was done about it. She promised to get back to me and the reason was i have to contact the bank because that's where the refund should come from". We swapped contact details and she took down all the evidence. Waited to be contacted then after some days tried to contact her/Foshini - no correspondence on both. I dont mind not getting a refund at all but then communication is important and so is keeping your word. If she couldn't help me
