Lovely veterinarians, knowledgeable and kind; they are always willing to explain a situation and options. They have helped us with a wide range of animals, down to doing a sonar on a pregnant guinea pig (definitely a first for us!)

Quick to take your money. But not quick when it comes to helping sick puppies.Refusing to help my Husky who is 10 weeks old and hasn't eaten since they gave him his shots on Saterday.Pathetic.

Amazing service. Even followed up a day later to hear if our pet was better. Highly recommend this animal clinic.

On Friday 30/12/2022 i rushed to the clinic with SAVANNAH my 13 year old doggy.POODLE CROSS SPANIEL.She has a catterac growing on her eye lid and tooth needs serious attention.I was helped immediately, welcomed like if i and SAVANNAH is familly there.Reception ladies gave us outstanding service, the DOCTERS is definitely from HEAVEN. NO chit/chat, they are so honest, explained exactly what procedures will be carried out, NEVER IN MY LIFE WAS I SO CALM AND SATISFIED with any DOCTERS as today.My baby girl is booked for her operations tomorrow morning 08:00, and i know that our DEAR LORD BLESSED ME WITH THIS TEAM OF OUTSTANDING DOCTERS AND COLEGUES.

My daughter in law took her cat which was ran over by a car. She did not have the full amount of R1710 to put her to sleep..She gave R600. You refused to let her go without paying the full amount. There were no option of paying it off..She was crying and my grandson was crying but its like you guys do not have a heart with their grieve. I went to pay the outstanding amount..I really think you can consider an option of paying off in an emergency like this.

All the vets and staff are utterly kind and professional. Very helpful and they truly care about animals. Great assistance to multi-pet households like ours (we have 8 cats, 2 dogs, all rescues)
