I am loving it! My past 4 months experience as a new member has been great so far. Friendly staff, clean and fresh 24 hours around the clock.

Best equipment ever in a gym. Open 24/7 amazing atmosphere. Absolutely the best gym ever.

Gym closing time just changes as they wish without prior notice to members. Steam Room does not work. The club says it's so that they can save on power. So what you pay for in your membership just changes. Been working for gyms and have been part of a lot of gyms. Never came across changes like this. Wouldn't recommend !!

I’m receiving a very bad service from family fitness gym in Norkem. I have been not going to the gym for about a year now due to personal reasons, however account is up to date because we still paying the full package yet only my partner is going. I went to them to request that I transfer my account to my son, they gave an email address for admin to make my request. I wrote to them on a Monday today it’s Friday, no feedback from them. I called them in the morning and they told me that they will respond to me next week Wednesday. I’m so disappointed with this service and treatment received.

I joined the gym yesterday and I am so disappointed already such a huge facility with only five treadmills, to which only three are working, and people are having to fight to get onto the machines. I joined it because it’s closer to home, however, at this point, I might as well, drive a bit more and go to virgin active.

Easily the best gym in all of Kempton Park. It’s not only staff who are very friendly but the warmth amongst members is amazing. Equipment is top level and it repaired promptly. 5 starts from me!
