Livingwaters Accommodation

Very nice accommodation. Everything needed was there.Except, could not connect to WiFi and the TV channels per the instruction booklet was not available. Otherwise, it was good to experience the cold rain and misty conditions again.

Place was nice, comfortable and clean. The shower was interesting, I believe that they will need a decent plumber to fix it. Other then that a very pleasant experience.

Nice, close to all in town, clean and well kept rooms.

Up on arrival we were told that we can't tolerate this nonsense I don't Wana say this but I Wil racism still exists .... we were 10 black woman came to celebrate for Mother's day but there way we were treated was unfair.,on our check out we had to shower with cold water generator was switched off out of what we paid for 3 nights..you must check what you do for your guests.

Clean and quiet place however, the service from management was not the best and the food needs improvement we would get mince for lunch & dinner the worst food I have ever had honestly.

I booked for 2 weeks (corporate stay), arranged to pay 1 weeks accommodation and informed them that the 2nd weeks accommodation cannot be confirmed as we are in Ermelo due to work. On 2nd night we asked for extra bedding, and I was screamed at for not arranging it prior to arrival.It was all confirmed but when informing them early the morning departure date changed again and we want to pay, the owner called and literally screamed at me. I have never experienced any owner of an establishment to be so rude to a paying client! Will definately not return.

I had a very bad experienced with management, it was not a pleasant stay with livingwaters. No respect from management not sure maybe its because of my black (African) color, on monday morning there was a load shedding i didn't have bath until i got home, no one came to tell us no power. What a horrible holiday. I wont recommend anyone to go for vacation there.
