We had a terrible experience, and in hindsight should have stopped the process earlier. The au-pair was incompetent (she ignored one of my children flat out) and then when she saw the writing on the wall the agent helped her find another position (I feel sorry for that family). But they waited until just after the warranty period. The whole experience unprofessional from start to finish.
