Very poor customer service. Wanted to buy a TV stand but the guy who was helping" me was too concerned about being on his WhatsApp instead. You will walk around without any help at all. They will just look at you without helping. I left with my money without purchasing anything. I don't think i will go back there ever again."

I tried to purchase some items with a gift card which was sent to me by Decofurn as I had ordered something online which was not to my liking when it arrived. Firstly I was already not impressed as I was not given a full refund and it took a few weeks and several emails to resolve the matter and secondly the cashier had no clue how to work with the gift card. I waited forever for some sort of response. After being told they were trying to verify the card, I left. Surely it should be a straight forward transaction . The items I wanted to buy were in stock but when I tried to buy them online, they are out of stock!

Went in-store to buy the items I wanted & requested that it get delivered on a particular date. I can proudly say that there were no complications. They arrived on the exact date & kept in communication. All items were delivered & in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were unprofessional as we had to literally walk all around the store just to ask for assistance.Bought a TV stand and decided to assemble it ourselves only to find several faults.Would honestly not recommend this place.

A great stop when needing to shop for furniture! They stock items for bedrooms, lounges, dining areas, study rooms, and even items such as lamps and headboards.

I discourage ordering online.1. They insist on phoning to confirm you want it delivered even after you’ve ordered it for delivery. Why not simply have you place this in the booking if it needs to be checked?I asked for a specific time range and to not be called as I’m often unavailable due to work. Having a furniture delivery at an undesired could compromise my sensitive work with clients.2. The courier didn’t actually get my request for preferred times at all and he phoned anyway, saying due to their backlog, if I don’t take delivery at his scheduled time, I may not see my paid order until next year.This is terrible service which has inconvenienced me. If they could not accommodate my request, they should have told me so instead of failing to pass on the information and expecting me to make a plan on the back foot for the goods I paid for.—I’ve heard relatively decent things if you head into the store and you pick up available stock immediately, though service is apparently not great.

A search for similar products at a good price is difficult to match. The service was efficient. Delivery is a bit expensive. The DIY type of furniture which you have to assemble can be tricky.A bought a budget a compress wood melamine finish bed stand with 3 drawers. Took one and half hour to assemble. With use on very first day, a flower vase was put on. It took of the melamine in minutes. A bit water spilled, a few ml. Within seconds the melamine left a mark. Just pathetic. Poor poor qualityThey charge a fee to assemble furniture in a box. It is situated in the middle of Fourways, which provide good value for money. They have regular specials.

Purchased a basket which was the wrong size. Called the shop the next day re a return with the intent to take other products. When I went in, they wanted to charge a handling fee of R70 for the return. Nothing re this fee was mentioned when I called. Pathetic! For a small basket one has to pay R70! The process to pay and then drive elsewhere to stand in a line to pick up your purchase is also a waste of time. The whole experience sucks.Was my first time shopping there. It was also my last time.

Good place for affordable and descent furniture. BUT, It comes at a price, they take your number before you make a purchase, and then send you promotional material without your permission - it's annoying and a violation of our rights as customers.
