Shocking customer service received 31.07.2022, a few of the staff are great but unfortunately the one we received totally disgusting. She didn't smile once eyes were rolling as we were asking questions. Absolutely appalling Telkom Cape Gate, better roll those socks up

I got excellent service from Alicia Jooste.I got my phone upgrade very quickly, she read and explain all the terms of the contract to me in a way that made sense.I was also informed about a promo that I qualified for.I don't know if she is the manager, but if she is not then you guys should consider making her the manager.Thanks for a good experience!

Have to compliment the staff, professional and effective in assisting us. Did not wait very long to be attended to. Store well organized and clean.10/10 for this outlet BUT as usual 0/10 for the rest of Telkom. The backend that was supposed to process our application to change our service failed to do so. Trying to call 10213, the agent simply dropped the call after holding the line for 6 minutes.Guess it's time to cut relationship with Telkom and exploring options given by mobile services. Seeing that we have purchased the LTE device, we can simply put a different sim card in here, much less time consuming for the end user and works on the same principle. At least there are some companies and that value their clients at all times.

A very big thank you to Melrick Fortuin at the Cape Gate store. He resolve my complain in less than an a half an hour. This is now after being at various stores in the past few months. All the others just said customer service will help me or phone me back which never happens.They did not even tried to help me just said it is customer service problem and them at the store can not help me, but he did it in less than an hour in store.

Service is a shocker, first couldnt do something without the manager.. commits to doing it by 12 the next day = nothing - then no chance of getting hold of anybody - dead numbers or numbers that just disconnect ... really disappointed ....

I did not even make it into the store. Was greeted by the door of an empty store while all sales personell where lying on counters playing on their phones, and asked how they can help me. I described that I had an issue with an order I placed online/telephonically and would like to do a port. The lady at the door said they cannot help me and I should call customer care and turned me away before even entering. Appalling treatment of customers. Someone could have at least tried to check on the systems and see in what way they could better direct me to resolution. Moved my business to Tygervalley branch who gave exceptional service, and for whom I will give a glowing review.

Absolutely terrible service from the day I signed the application form for a new contract, Waited 2 weeks for the phones (Promised they ordered it and will be there in 3 workings days) then waited a month for my number to be ported to the contract of which it was cancelled in the process, so I couldn't even receive calls. Countless emails to Nadia with NOT A SINGLE response. Till today. Wait, It gets better, Now I get my invoice and both contracts are incorrect, Wrong address on the invoice, Wrong numbers assigned to wrong contract accounts, Incorrect accounts being debited.Really this was not rocket science, We fill out applications forms so you can have our information.. Capture it correctly.
