Do not use speedy auto glass south sydney, i dont usually write reviews although this experience was so bad other people need to know. they replaced my windscreen through a claim with my insurer and in the process damaged the paint around the windscreen in multiple places. after 6 weeks of them not doing anything to rectify the issue and after multiple conversations with my insurer, i got a quote to repair the damage from my insurer's recommended repairer, speedy autoglass then refused to pay to get the damage fixed. i am now talking to national windscreens who apparently contract speedy auto glass to sort this out. Terrible experience all around

Below is exactly the kind of response i was expecting, not taking responsibility and passing the blame onto someone else. Your response is baffling as you admitted to doing the damage yourself to me, i also took a video of the paint surrounding the windscreen before you arrived which shows no damage at all, which you also looked at. Do the right thing and take responsibility for your actions, you made a mistake, get it fixed.

From first point of contact Karn was absolutely professional and kind. Given his extremely busy schedule with a lot of other customers we were able to work out a time that was best. He did a great job on the screen chip repair on my car. What was great in his customer service was he did explain what I will see upon repair before he did any work on the windscreen which put me at ease. The repair was done quickly and cleaned after. Karn also gave me some tips on what to do the next time I experienced another chip on my windscreen which was great. An absolutely lovely exchange and I highly recommend his services.
