Very efficient and friendly staff.Initially paid for a freezer seal, size was incorrect. I contacted the store and was advised to bring the old and the new seal in. Waited half an hour , and received a replacement. Was assured that it will be correct, and it was. Thank you

We had to get a seal for our fridge and Sharon was very help full and she made it straight away.You will need to take a sample for them to match up.

I've been there twice and their service is goodNow please I'd like to know1. if you are able to recut the rubber if it's not fitting ?2. Are you open , if not , are you opening any time soon?

Terrible service, and incompetent staff. We went in with samples and ordered a fridge/freezer set of rubbers over R600. We were told they need 24 hours. A week later, it still wasn't done. When we eventually did get the rubbers, they were almost half the size they were supposed to be! Took it back, and had to wait over a month for them to finally remake them. They don't keep you informed of what is going on, you have to phone or go in, and every time they blame one of the staff members that's not there, and promise it will be done the next day and the offending staff member will call you and explain what happened. Needless to say, none of that happened.

Once I'd been instructed correctly by staff on correct fitting, our fridge works like new. Very happy.
